RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each Lunila Studio lampshade is handcrafted to order using carefully selected fabrics.

Made-to-Order Products
As our lampshades are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Fabric Variations
Due to the nature of designer fabrics and the handcrafted production process, pattern placement may vary slightly from product photographs. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if the incorrect item has been supplied, please contact Lunila Studio within 48 hours of collection from your selected PUDO Locker or PUDO Kiosk.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Resolution

Once the issue has been assessed, Lunila Studio may, at its discretion, repair the item or provide a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds are not offered for made-to-order products except where required by applicable South African law.
