All Lunila Studio lampshades are handcrafted to order

Production Time
Please allow 10–15 business days for your lampshade to be made before dispatch. During busy periods production times may be slightly longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Customers may select their preferred PUDO Locker or PUDO Kiosk collection point during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated and added to your invoice.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Collection
Customers will be notified by The Courier Guy when their parcel is ready for collection from their selected PUDO Locker or PUDO Kiosk.
